One of the gifts we received for Christmas last month was cookies. No, not just any cookies ...Fat Joey's Cookies. Plus, these cookies aren't a one time deal. Homemade in Joey's kitchen, a different type of cookie will arrive in our mailbox each month for all of 2008. Justin checked the mail much later than usual and we were surprised to have a treat waiting for us. They're perfectly soft and so good.
