I found this little recipe for "brownie roll-out cookies." I used my new Texas-shaped cookie cutter. They're good plain but better with vanilla ice cream or some kind of frosting. Click here for the recipe...and better photos.

I don't know WHAT it is, but I was born in Texas and I LOVE the shape of texas. Weird, I know. My hubby thinks its crazy, too. These look so yummy and fun.
